Delivery and shipping costs

For individual plaques and rosettes, the shipping costs for Switzerland are between CHF 4.- and 6.- depending on the weight and dimensions of the plaques.

For show plaques and rosettes, one participation is counted, at most the actual costs of the post office.

Shipments in Switzerland are made through the Swiss Post. For abroad, on the basis of quotes with TNT or DHL.

Delivery time

Apart from the stock plaques, as our plaques are made to measure according to your specifications, in a traditional way, it generally takes a shipment between 2 and 6 weeks after the order. Consider this when planning your order or show.

Payment Terms

Customers ordering for the first time and cannot provide full postal or telephone contact details will need to pay in advance or by credit card. Sending with invoice will not be possible.

Regular customers can choose between payment by invoice, credit card or TWINT.

The invoice is payable within 30 days of receipt of the goods.

If the customer does not respect the payment obligation, he will be put in default after 40 days without a new payment reminder. Late payment interest of 5% will then be due. In addition, the customer may be charged a reminder costs of up to CHF 50.00 as well as other costs such as costs incurred by recovery or legal proceedings.

Guarantee :

For "stock" plaques, a 30 day right of return is granted. The plaque (s) must be returned in the delivery packaging, or any other protecting the plate from shipping damage, in the original condition. Return shipments must be sufficiently prepaid. The reimbursement of the order will be made for the goods, excluding shipping costs.

For all personalized plaques, the return guarantee is obviously excluded.

On the other hand, we always apply a guarantee of satisfaction, in the event of error on our part (spelling, colors, defects on model or painting). A new plaque will be produced at no cost to you.

In the event of a problem, always contact our services for the procedure to follow.

Please keep proof of return, which can be used as proof of return within the agreed return time frame.

Realization of the sales contract

The sales contract is made as soon as the order confirmation is automatically sent. For orders for competitions with imperative delivery time, the contract is completed upon receipt of our confirmation.

Right to retract

You can terminate your purchase contract (only for items without personalization) without giving any reason in writing (eg by letter, fax or email) within 30 days after receipt of the goods, by simply returning the goods. . To meet the return deadline, return the request and the goods on time. The goods will be sent to Mat’Horse SA - rue du Four 29 - cp 219 - 1401 Yverdon-les-Bains.

In the event of a valid termination, each party is required to return the services obtained and, where applicable, to return the usual benefits. If the merchandise is returned to us in poor condition, we reserve the right to refuse the return or to seek compensation.

For personalized and made-to-measure items, no right of withdrawal and return exists. A cancellation of an order can only be accepted if the production has not started. If production is in progress, the actual costs already incurred will at least be invoiced to the customer, who remains committed by the sales contract.

Extra-judicial settlement

We strive to find an amicable agreement in the event of any disputes with our customers. In addition, we are not obliged to respond to dispute resolution requests from organizations for online dispute resolution and unfortunately we cannot offer participation in such a procedure to our customers.

Title retention clause

Until full payment of the purchase price, except for personalized items, which cannot be taken back.

In the event of breach of contract on the part of the customer, in particular in the event of non-payment of the purchase price due, we reserve the right to terminate the contract in accordance with legal provisions and to demand the return of the goods (also referred to as hereinafter "goods") on the basis of the retention of title clause.

If you do not pay the purchase price, we can assert these rights after having previously unsuccessfully set a reasonable payment period.

Data protection, privacy policy

The trust you place in us is important to us. We respect your privacy and want to protect it.
